About This Game

Undercover is Table Party's free, unofficial Spyfall-style deduction game. Most players receive the same location plus a role found there. The Spy sees the full list of sixteen possible locations but does not know which one is active.

Players ask one another questions and answer in character. Regular players need to prove that they know the place without naming it, while the Spy uses the conversation to narrow the location. Anyone may accuse once, but a conviction requires every player except the suspect to agree.

The Spy can interrupt the round to guess the location. A correct call wins immediately, while a wrong call gives the round to everyone else. If the timer expires, the table holds a final vote, and a split result lets the Spy escape. Undercover supports three to twelve players and runs in the browser with no signup or ads.

How to Play

  1. Read the private role

Regular players see the shared location and a unique role. The Spy sees only the list of possible places.

  2. Ask careful questions

Question another player about the location without saying enough to reveal it to the Spy.

  3. Accuse a suspect

Each player may make one accusation. Everyone except the accused must agree for the conviction to stand.

  4. Beat the timer

Catch the Spy before time expires, or the Spy can win by naming the location or surviving the final vote.
