About This Game

Fake Answers is Table Party's free, unofficial Psych-style social prompt game. Each round names one person in the room and asks everyone to answer a question about them. The named player writes an answer too, and every response appears anonymously on the ballot.

The room votes for a favorite, but nobody can vote for their own answer. Each vote earns 100 points, and the round winner receives a further 200. Because the questions use the names of real players, knowing the group usually matters more than writing a joke that could apply to anyone.

The game supports three to twelve players and takes about five to ten minutes. It works in one room or over a call. One person starts the game on Table Party, then everyone else joins on a phone with the room code. The browser game is free, requires no signup, and has no ads.

How to Play

  1. Start a room

Launch Fake Answers and share the Table Party room code with everyone playing.

  2. Answer about a player

  3. Vote anonymously

Read every answer without author names and vote for a favorite. You cannot vote for your own.

  4. Score the round

Earn points for every vote your answer receives, plus a bonus when it finishes first.
