SameWave
A free two-person browser quiz: answer five questions privately, then reveal how closely you match. Packs cover couples, friends, family, and coworkers.

About This Game
SameWave is a blind-answer compatibility game for two people. The first player starts a five-question round and sends a private link to the second. Both answer independently, with neither person seeing the other's choices. Only after both finish does the game stage a reveal and compare the gap between their answers.
The questions are organized into relationship choices and theme packs. Couples can choose deeper prompts, best friends can test shared memories, coworkers can use an office icebreaker, and long-distance pairs can pick a pack designed around time apart. Other packs cover family, roommates, old friends, wedding planning, long-term relationships, and gaming partners.
Because each person completes their answers on their own device, SameWave works well in the same room or asynchronously over a shared link. It requires no signup for the invited player and is translated into English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese. The premise is simple, but the reveal gives each question a natural follow-up conversation, especially when the two answers land far apart.

Tips & Strategy
- Answer honestly instead of trying to predict the other person. The gaps create the best conversations.
- Pick a theme pack that matches the relationship so the questions feel specific rather than generic.
- Play over a voice or video call if you are apart, then pause on each reveal to discuss the answers.
- Use the office pack for coworkers and keep the deeper relationship packs for close friends or partners.
