About This Game

Drawin.io is a free multiplayer drawing game built around the familiar Pictionary loop. One player chooses a secret word and sketches it while everyone else types guesses. Correct guesses earn more points when they arrive quickly, players rotate through drawing turns, and the first person to reach the room's point target wins.

Its strongest feature is language support. The game is fully translated into 26 languages, selected before joining, which makes it a practical choice for international families, multilingual classrooms, and friend groups that do not all play in English. Room hosts can also pick a word category, set a points target, choose the player limit, and decide whether the room should be private or public.

There is no account form to clear before playing. Enter a display name, choose a language, and either join a public match or create a room and share its invite link. Drawin.io runs in desktop and mobile browsers, and native apps are available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The game is ad-supported rather than paywalled, so the complete browser game remains free.

Drawin.io is our multilingual pick among games like Gartic Phone. Its live drawing rounds are closer to Skribbl.io than Gartic Phone's telephone chain, with native mobile apps as well as browser play.

How to Play

  1. Pick a name and language

Open drawin.io, enter a display name, and choose one of the 26 available interface languages. No account or email is required.

  2. Join or create a room

Use Play to find a public game, or choose New Room to make a private match for friends.

  3. Set up the match

Choose the player limit, points target, and a word category such as animals, foods, jobs, movies, or cartoons.

  4. Draw and guess

When your turn starts, pick a word and draw it. On other turns, type guesses while the picture develops.

  5. Race to the points target

Fast correct guesses score more points. Drawing turns rotate until someone reaches the room's target score.
